	Condo Rental Rates Reservation Request   June 7-September 6, 2008 Not Available September 6-December 20, 2008 $875 per week for one, two or three weeks, $750 per week for four or more weeks December 20, 2008-January 3, 2009 $1,050 per week January 3-January 17, 2009 $950 per week January 17-March 28, 2009 $1,385 per week March 28-June 6, 2009 $1,250 for one week, $1,150 per week for two or three weeks, $1,050 per week for four or more weeks June 6-September 12, 2009 Not Available September 12-December 19, 2009 $875 per week for one, two or three weeks, $750 per week for four or more weeks December 19, 2009-January 2, 2010 $1,050 per week Specifics: - Rates are in US Funds and are for two adults. - There is an additional departure/cleaning fee of $100.00 and 12 % sales tax. - Our condo is non-smoking only and the condo building does not allow pets. - Rates include free high speed internet and free long distance calling to 50 United States and Canada. - Deposit due at time of reservation with balance due 30 days prior to occupancy. - Cancellations prior to six months will receive a full refund less $50.00 handling fee. - Cancellations within six months to 30 days will receive a 50% refund unless the unit is re-rented. Cancellations within 30 days will forfeit the deposit.
